All services rendered at Iconic Aesthetics are considered final. We take great care to ensure your satisfaction, and all treatments are performed by certified professionals using premium products.

All services are final — no refunds will be issued
Consultations are provided before all permanent makeup services
Aftercare instructions are given to ensure optimal results

Service Credits

While we don't offer refunds, we value your loyalty and satisfaction. Service credits may be applied toward future appointments.

Credits may be used toward other services
Credits are valid for 12 months from issue date
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
Touch-up sessions are subject to separate pricing

Cherry Package Policy

Our Cherry packages are specially priced bundles designed to give you the best value. These packages have specific terms:

Cherry packages are non-refundable once started
All services must be completed within the package timeframe
Unused services expire after 6 months
Package services cannot be transferred to another person

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. To maintain fairness to all clients and our team, we enforce the following policy:

24-hour notice required to reschedule without penalty
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee
Emergency situations are handled on a case-by-case basis
